While memberships are centered around weekday use, weekends are reserved for workshops, trainings, and community gatherings. Availability is intentionally limited to support the studio’s natural rhythm and shared access.
All members receive:
$5 off standard weekend hourly rates
10% off full-day, 2-day, and 3-day weekend bookings
Priority booking for events and additional time before public release

Weekend Rental Rates

$38/hr | Standard Hourly (5:00 AM – 11:59 PM)
$275 | Full Day (8 Hours)
$500 | Full Weekend (Saturday + Sunday)
$700 | Extended Weekend (Friday or Monday + Saturday + Sunday)
Rental Policies & Ease of Use
To keep the space consistent and supportive for all, we offer flexible, straightforward scheduling:
Hourly Minimum
All rentals require a 1-hour minimum.
Flexible Extensions
Additional time can be added in 15-minute increments at 25% of the hourly rate.
Full Day Bookings
A full day includes 8 hours of private access.

One-Time Studio Use Full payment is due at signing to secure your scheduled studio time.
Short-Term Recurring Use Full payment is required upfront, even if your scheduled use:

repeats weekly or monthly
(These are considered one-time agreements unless under a Membership contract.)
Long-Term Studio Use (6+ Months) For consistent, ongoing use, Membership Rates are available and include:

14–29 days notice: credit toward future studio use

Severe Weather (Snow/Ice) If unsafe conditions prevent attendance:
One-time bookings will be rescheduled when possible
Studio Use Guidelines
Minimum booking: 1 hour
Additional time: 15-minute increments (25% hourly rate)
Start times for public offerings: on the hour or half-hour
Setup & Cleanup Must be included within reserved time (15 minutes before and after is recommended)
End Time Must vacate by end of scheduled time $25 fee for exceeding reserved time
Transition Buffer 15-minute buffer between bookings Not part of reserved time and may not be used
